You may make your initial inquiry via our "Contact Us" page. When we have agreed on the content, itinerary and cost of your tailormade experience you may proceed to the bookings page. Here you may follow our step by step guide to your booking form. Once you have reviewed all your booking details are correct and complete you may choose your payment option.

Yes. Please let us know if you have mobility issues. Mobility aids and wheelchairs must be described prior to booking. Tours may be adjusted to omit locations with limited access or difficult terrain. The following information will need to be assessed before you make your booking:

If you require assistance entering and exiting the vehicle.                            Your mobility aid description - weight, dimensions, folding capacity.

Yes. Please include ages of all children under 12 years of age. The relevant child car safety seats will be provided free of charge. Please include all children as individual passengers.                                                          Infants must travel in the appropriate child safety seat.  Please consider if your content and duration will be suitable for your children and for the greater experience of all family members.


Your tailormade package inclusive of transport and tours must be paid in full on completion of the booking form. You will receive our confirmation voucher which you may download or print as proof of purchase.

Refunds will only be payable on cancellations made 14 days prior to booking date. Refunds may be payable only in part on last minute cancellations in accordance with individual suppliers policy.

Tailormade experience

Services may be individually booked direct as published on our website. Tailormade experiences will be discussed and agreed upon via our "Contact Us" page prior to booking. Tour duration and content may be adjusted to suit your time frame i.e.  Air / Ship / Train arrival and departure times.

You may book your tour as a stand alone service or you may add transport services.

Please include all relevant information with regard to specific food preferences/allergies / medical or mobility issues. This allows us to create the best personalized experience for you.

Yes.  All Local Tours services are private for you and your party only. You will not be required to share your transport or tour with any other party.

No. All motorway tolls and fees are included in the cost of your tour or transfer.
