Description
Loule - reknowned for it's Carnival celebrations, Loule is a thriving community through its streets of shops and cafes, famous marketplace and intriguing characters!
Tavira - visit the salt pans where sea-salt is harvested in time honoured tradition. A busy fishing town full of historical sites and churches.
Vila Nova de Cancela, Vila Real de St. Antonio and Castro Marim - Panoramic views, historical buildings, and colourful history including pirate invasions and destruction by earthquake of 1755.
Tour is based on full-day trip at 8 hours to include time for lunch, souvenir shopping, photo opportunities etc. Please contact me regarding tailor-made tour, should you wish to adapt route or duration of tour.
Itinerary
Route 1: Loule. Sao Bras Alportel. Tavira. Vila Nova da Cancela. Vila Real de Sao Antonio. Castro Marim.
Route 2: Faro. Olhao. Santa Luzia. Tavira. Sao Bras Alportel. Loule.
Routes are flexible and open to adjustment. Stops for photo opportunities and lunch/refreshments are included in the tour time frame.
Meeting and Duration
Meeting location: I will pick you up from your accommodation in the Albufeira area free of charge.Should you wish to be collected from somewhere outside of the Albufeira area transfer costs may be negociated.
End location: I will return you to your hotel or accommodation following your tour.Should you wish to be dropped off elsewhere at a local restaurant for example I will be happy to accommodate you and recommend good local restaurants/bars etc...
